What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. 2\. What household supplies are provided? – We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. 3\. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a griddle, blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, a Keurig, and a regular coffee pot. 4\. Do you provide any baby items? – Yes! We provide a high chair, pack n’ play, and baby gates where stairs apply. 5\. Do you provide a grill? – Yes! And it is propane. 6\. Do you provide fire wood? – No need. All of the gas fireplaces and fire pits run on gas. 7\. Do you allow pets? – No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets. 8\. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay. 9\. Is there a community club house and pool area? – Not at this cabin. 10\. Is the price flexible? - We do NOT offer discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees. However, stays of 7 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%. 11\. When is the second payment due? – 30 Days prior to your stay. 12\. When will I get the address and cabin access info? - Address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made. 13\. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure. 14\. How do cancellations work? - Cancellations or shortened stays that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. 15\. Do you provide travel insurance? - If cancellation is a concern, we do recommend the purchase of Cancellation Protection from CSA (this does not go through us). 16\. Can I cancel if the weather is bad? – Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded. 17\. How is the drive up to the cabin? – It is a 5 minute (1 mile) drive up the mountain. The roads are well maintained and paved. However, there are some steeper parts that are "scary" for some people. 18\. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains. 19\. Is this cabin secluded? – The cabin has neighboring properties. 20\. Was this area affected by the 2016 wildfires? – Yes. You may see evidence of trees and properties that were affected by the fires and possibly hear construction noise from other cabins being built. The photos we have displayed are current and the views are absolutely spectacular! 21\. Where can I book? - We only accept bookings and payments on Vrbo and our "Heaven's Cabins" website. 22\. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide the highest package that our cable provider has. This includes premium movie channels and sports channels, including HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, TMC, Starz, Starz Encore, NFL Redzone, and all the sports Networks. 23\. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited cable internet with Wi-Fi. 24\. Do you ever reduce the stated prices? – If upcoming unsold dates remain, we may reduce prices for those unsold dates. That will already be reflected in the pricing that you see. 25\. It was very clean and the house was beautiful with a perfect floor plan. We enjoyed the views and saw bears every day. The drive from downtown was about 5 minutes and the road is well paved. In Alabama the term “Roll Tide” can mean a lot of things. In this case it means “Awesome”! The location and views were perfect. The convenience to downtown Gatlinburg was a highlight. Cabin is close to everything, was very clean and has everything you need. We spent our evenings together in the game room that has something for everyone. We chose this cabin because of the 6 King master suites and amazing views. It was the best cabin we have ever stayed in and did not disappoint. Cant wait to come back. ##### Cathy Z. Our annual Christmas in the Gatlinburg area. We have mostly stayed in the Pigeon Forge area but last year decided to try Gatlinburg, and it was a nice change. This year's cabin selection, Truly Heaven, lived up to its name! The cabin is wonderful; the views are amazing! Two days in and we reserved Truly Heaven again for next year! The views are phenomenal as described. Every aspect of visitor comfort was addressed from extensive kitchen contents, comfort of beds, and greatly entertaining game room downstairs. We plan to go back (had not been to Gatlinburg for over 30 years and were captivated). We had slight plumbing issue which was immediately addressed even though it was Sunday. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a beautifully appointed home featuring oversized bedrooms and incredibly comfortable bedding, each accompanied by spacious ensuite bathrooms. The game room and other wonderful amenities provided endless entertainment and enjoyment throughout our stay, making our annual friends trip truly unforgettable. The cabin does have a good location. It’s not luxury by and means but it is comfortable and good for a group Unfortunately the cabin was not ready at check in and there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom that resulted in water in the kitchen. Rooms are on the small size. There is potential here but they are still working out the kinks. ##### Michael S. It was a great place to retreat to to get away from the busyness of downtown Gatlinburg! This home is designed well for a big group. There is plenty of seating inside and out, and space to spread out on the main floor and basement game room. The views of the mountain, and the lights of Gatlinburg at night are stunning and enjoy via the floor to ceiling windows. Definitely take the advice about the bears seriously. We watched safely from the deck one afternoon as a bear opened the neighbor's car door, and climbed inside, puncturing the console and scattering the contents before moving up the hill to our car. He wasn't successful at getting our doors open as they were locked, but we got great video of him trying to open the doors with his jaw. Highly recommend this place! If we ever make it back to the smoky mountains, this is definitely the place to be! ##### marilee w.
