Everything was exactly as listed and shown in the pictures. Chris was an excellent host and provided everything you need to have a very enjoyable time. The location was perfect for those who do not desire to stay within the hustle of the city. Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were close by. Location was absolutely perfect and a short drive to all kinds of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge attractions! The host, Chris was a total dynamo and super easy to contact if we needed anything. It was along a great location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The 4 masters with king beds and en-suite bathrooms was great. The property was as described, clean and welll stocked. It had plenty of beds to accommodate. The place was clean and comfortable We found dishes and pots/ pans to cook with. If you need food storage containers. There isn’t any so bring your own. Pool was good for our granddaughters ages 5&6 but not really for adults. It’s smaller than appears in the pics. We all were excited to see a bear one morning by the deck and one afternoon in the parking lot. Overall great stay!! ##### Paula K. Everyone had their own large bed and bathroom which was awesome! Great location close to Rocky Top Sports World and downtown Gatlinburg. The host was very responsive. Liked the location. Great location if you're doing the Arts & Crafts loop but also convenient to Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Very clean with nice common areas. Everyone enjoyed having a private bathroom and king-sized beds! The grandchildren enjoyed the pool, although it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The Host was wonderful about communicating with us. We had a wifi issue but they notified us before we even got there and stayed on it until corrected. Our four night family stay included ages from 75 to 9 years old and all enjoyed the stay at this wonderful property. It was sparkling clean upon arrival with plenty of paper products to last our stay and a nicely kitted kitchen. Great location with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. This property offered comfortable beds, fun playing pool and air hockey, plenty of seating for movie night and meals, and a responsive host. I appreciated being able to control the temperature on all levels of the home. All great reviews - 5 Stars from each of the 9 guests from our family stay. The cabin was great for our family of 14; however in the future, if we invite adult couples, we will invite four couples max. As the listing shares, 4/5 rooms have a king bed. The other beds are downstairs near the pool(bunk), on the main floor (couch), and upstairs in the hallway (trundle). The extra beds are good for teens or young adults. The bedroom near the kitchen (main floor) shared the bathroom with guests who slept on the couch and trundle bed.The only ding was the bedsheets on the couch were not clean (crumbs). That was an easy fix for us bc we had extra sheets.There were lots of ladybugs/birds but they didn’t bother us. Overall 10/10 experience. We will rebook. ##### Lakissa J. Great location a few minutes from the main Gatlinburg strip, close to the Arts & Crafts community. The cabin shares a parking lot with 2 other properties. Shortly after we arrived, we had our first bear sighting when one of the neighbors’ tenants neglected to lock up their trash - very exciting! A note that might be helpful on the layout: the main floor with kitchen has one king bedroom. The other 3 king rooms are upstairs, along with a daybed located in the upstairs hall. The lower level below main floor has the pool room, game room, laundry, and a bedroom with full bunk beds and I think a trundle mattress underneath that can be pulled out. I think the living room on the main floor also has a pullout bed in the couch. I can’t see fitting 18 people but maybe if several of those are smaller children. It was perfect for our smallish group so everyone had their own space (especially the teens). Very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with essentials but maybe a little bare bones if you’re planning to cook for a large group often. Good amount of towels, TP, essentials provided. We did a load or 2 of laundry and brought our own detergent but there was some there. The balconies were great! Didn’t use the pool. It’s pretty small but probably adequate to keep kids occupied. The water was a little chilly for us. Could use new pool cues! Overall great stay! Chris was very responsive. Would definitely return! ##### Stephanie K. We had everything we needed, and having our own bathrooms. The area was amazing, and we even had a bear visit a couple of times. Easy to access Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge from this location. It rain part of the time we were there and there was plenty of things for the grandkids to do right at the house with the pool, hot tub, pool table, pacman machine and the board games.
