Very nice property. Great location to use Ober Mountain Skiing and Tubing. Clean place in good shape.

Everything was just as pictured and better! Location was super close to downtown Gatlinburg, but provided mountain privacy! The bed was super comfy and it felt like we were home!

I wasn't going to leave a bad review. However, after seeing a previous review that I must have missed. Yes, they have bed bugs. They ate my husband and I up. The worst part is we texted them to let them know. Just in case they didn't already know. I know that anyone can bring them in. I was trying to be nice. Their response was I will call a exterminator right now. Not I am sorry. Not can I refund you half. Not a word about anything. The fact that someone already reported it and they are still present is asinine.

The condo has bedbugs. My kid and I stayed in the bedroom connected with the bathroom. We got bites all around our legs, arms and feet. We drove from the condo directly to our home, so nowhere else we could get these bites.Both my kid and I suffered the unbearable itching and no medicine could help us. I got severe reaction on the bites as shown in the pictures. We found a bug running out from the seam of our luggage after we got home. We took a video but this website doesn't allow to attach the video. So I upload a screenshot from the video. It is a bedbug.I almost never wrote any bad review before. However, this time, I just hope nobody else will go through the same suffering as we did. I also hope we didn't take any bedbugs inside our house. I am so worried.
