Laurel Inn 401 is a spacious 2BR condo with private balcony close to downtown

Laurel Inn Condos is located just 4 blocks from the main street of Gatlinburg. The property has a heated outdoor seasonal pool for your enjoyment. There is also free wireless internet. You have two ways to get back to the downtown area. If you take the sidewalk down Cherokee Orchard Road, then you will come out at Traffic light #6 near the Mountain Mall and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. There is also a wooden stairwell that is off the back of our complex that will connect you to Reagan Drive which will bring you out near Ripley's Believe or Not Museum. This unit is a two bedroom with a King bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The kitchenette consists of a full size refrigerator, microwave, Coffee Maker, and a 2 burner range stove

Comfortable condo.

Yes, the property is older, but very clean and well-maintained. It is a few blocks from downtown Gatlinburg, but being in our 70s, the walk uphill would’ve been too much. we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful value for the money. Thank you for having us.

The condo we stayed in was in a safe area. We could walk to mai n street, shops etc. maybe a 1/4 mile walk.

Management was very nice and made it right by refunding us for one night. We will not be back.

Have looked into this place many a time, yet when going back to book, unit I checked into was rented. This was only unit available at short notice & we loved it. Perfect for 2, relaxing & cozy. Large porch to enjoy (always a fav for me), corner unit with amazing views. Neat, clean, dated decor (reminded me of my grandma’s home), yet comfy furniture. Friendly & very helpful staff. Will definitely return to Laurel Inn!!

Reviewer Comments: Laurel Inn Condominiums is in a good location, far enough from Parkway to be quiet but with easy access to restaurants and attractions. We also liked the pool. Laurel Inn 401, however, had a serious roach problem. We called the office after the second night of finding roaches on our food and they said they would send someone to spray, but there were still live roaches the following morning. Until they can ensure that the condo is roach free, we can't recommend it.

Condo 401 - This is the way to go!

Reviewer Comments: (We were in Gatlinburg for the Christmas Parade) This is the first time I’ve ever made reservations to stay in a condo, but I wanted something a little more than 2 hotel rooms...besides, the cost for 2 rooms for 2 days was about the same cost...so I made them. We started out with reservations at Olde Gatlinburg, but two days before they called and said they had to move us to Laurel Inn due to maintenance issues. I looked up the unit and felt good about it. WOW! It was very nice. Now, it’s a little smaller than what I expected, but for our group of 4 it still was perfect. The condo has a corner porch that has a view of Anakeesta, the SkyBridge, the Space Needle and even the Tram. We even got to see a bear below us on Saturday! We even got to see a bear below us on Saturday! There were plenty of towels, albeit they were a little thin like a hotel, but they did the job. They have blackout curtains so the room was dark at night. And luckily they had coffee filters because I forgot mine! I hope to reserve this condo again! There was such a comfort in having a “home” instead of a “room”...and I got to spend more time with the step-son and daughter-in-law. The walk to downtown is a little longer, but I didn’t mind, maybe 8 minutes. Really depends on how fast you walk. It was quiet in the morning and beautiful to see at night with all of the Christmas lights. The only negative is that they need a new wireless router because the internet was down, but luckily I had my hotspot on my phone. Water pressure is great, master bedroom’s bed was comfy to us. Daughter-in-law said their bed was a little soft, but they are used to a tempurpedic, so everything seems soft to them. All in all...it was a wonderful stay at Laurel Inn. Everyone is SO nice there! Take a chance on 401 and Laurel Inn Condos! You WON’T regret it!!

All 4 visits were completely satisfactory. Condos are clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable, and location is convenient to the center of downtown. The kitchen of 401 was pretty well stocked with most any accessories needed, though small for more than one person at a time preparing meals. The chair in LR was a little uncomfortable however, being too straight backed. An ottoman or footstool would have helped. I definitely look forward to staying in a Laurel Inn Condo again.

Room was nice and clean but NO SLEEPER SOFA. Will only sleep 4 people max. I tried to contact the manager/owner 3 times and still have not gotten a response from them.

We love the location... peaceful yet close to so many things to do! We especially enjoy eating meals on the balcony. All was clean and our only problem was with one of the toilets which was repaired within 8 hours while we were enjoying the Smoky Mountain National Park. We will return in the future.

Category of condo was misleading. Basically a motel look which we did not want with an efficiency. However, clean and cozy once inside but the big disapointment was we lost hot water after one day. No one answered after hours number had to all take cold showers till fixed later next day. When I asked about a discount never got back to me! Way overpriced for the place and experience
