Walk to Downtown, Great place!!

My friends and I (16 adults) all fit very comfortably in this wonderful home! The walk to get to downtown couldn't have been easier, communication with the property manager was timely and clear, and anytime we stayed at the house all of the amenities we could have wanted were available! Couldn't recommend more!!

GREAT LOCATION

This location was with in walking distance to town, has a lot of games to keep you entertained, very spacious living space, kitchen has pretty much all appliances you will need as well as dinner ware, really enjoyed our stay. the host was easily accessible and very friendly

Great house and location

House was perfect for a family trip to Gatlinburg. Location made it easy to drive into the park without having to go through all the traffic in downtown. Easy drive to and from downtown.

Location and View

The location of this cabin is perfect for those that enjoy a short walk to the Parkway. Cabin was spacious and from the back deck you can view nature and Smokey Mountain Bears. We stayed four nights, and we saw bears every day. Great Trip

Family Girls Trip

We had a great time at this property, it was clean & spacious, blocks away from downtown Gatlinburg, yet still very private. I definitely recommend this home if you are looking to be close to shopping, food, and entertainment.

Beyond Expectations

This cabin has it all, and is inside the Gatlinburg city limits, only a short distance from the trail to Sugarland. All ages loved it for the size of our group (13) and the comfort and amenities, as well as the location.

Family vacay

The stay was amazing. Was a short walk to town, the fenced in yard was great for my two dogs and the arcade games and pool table was nice entertainment for the whole family. We did have a visitor on the outside of the fence the last night that decided to nap right next to the house ☺️ All around we were sad we didn’t get to stay longer but we will definitely return.

Perfect Location

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The location of the home was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Our 3rd time staying here. Perfect location, easy walk to downtown Gaitlinburg attractions, plenty of room, fenced in yard for the dog. Bear sightings every day! Short drive to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood.

Split level comfort

There was plenty of room for the five of us to spread out. We enjoyed the game room and the big tv in the living room. Lots of towels. The hot tub was just right. We were afraid use the fire pit because of the bears.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! So close to town. The owners and their team is exceptional with communication! This is our second time staying in this home while in Gatlinburg. And..it will not be our last! Oh..and bears.. I have to mention them. They were one of the highlights of our trip.
