Effortless style at every turn with direct views of the Smokies from the top floor and thoughtfully laid out with several nooks for you to enjoy. You'll have to make tough choices like choosing either coffee or wine while sitting on the deck, couch or lazing in bed. Relax and enjoy a meal at the dinette set for two. We have 3 units all next door to each other, including this unit, so you can host 4 people each in this same studio loft layout. Please click our profile to see these 3 total units: Peak Hangout, Vibrant Vacay, Fresh Country Cool. You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs! This is a studio loft condo designed for up to 4 adults to kick back and enjoy the Smokies. It is located on the 3rd of 3 floors. This space features a queen bed built-in on the wall on the main level next to the deck (what a view!) (counts as a common space) and there's a full / double bed in the loft (counts as 1 bedroom). NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed. You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker! The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31\. We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. Discounts available for multiple bookings, just send us a note. \*\*\* Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily. \*\*\* Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). I must say we were disappointed to not be left any type of personal welcome package such as some cheese and crackers, snack mix, fruit, bottle or two of water, etc. There are no quick or easy access convenience stores, so having just a few snacks waiting for us would have been greatly appreciated.
