The Space:

This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath cabin comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out across three levels.



The main level features a warm, open living area with vaulted ceilings, wood interiors, large windows, comfortable seating, and a seasonal fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features a new oven and opens to a new dining table, giving your group a comfortable place to cook, eat, and spend time together.



The main-level King bedroom offers a comfortable retreat with a Smart TV and nearby full bathroom.



Upstairs, you'll find a Queen bedroom along with a bunk room featuring two Twin-over-Twin bunk beds. These rooms share a full bathroom.



The lower level gives guests even more space, with a Queen bunk room that sleeps up to four, a private en-suite bathroom, Smart TV, laundry area, and game room with a pool table.



Outside, the large wraparound deck is a favorite place to relax and enjoy the mountain setting. Take in the views with your morning coffee, grill dinner, dine outdoors, or unwind in the private hot tub after a day exploring the Smokies.



With multiple levels, separate sleeping areas, and plenty of shared gathering space, the cabin works especially well for larger families, multiple couples, and groups traveling together.



Guest Access:

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the scenic Cobbly Nob community of Gatlinburg, the cabin offers a peaceful mountain setting away from the busiest parts of downtown while still keeping popular Smoky Mountain attractions within an easy drive.



Cobbly Nob is known for its wooded surroundings, mountain views, and quiet residential feel. Guests have access to seasonal community swimming pools, and Bent Creek Golf Course is located near the entrance to the community.



Downtown Gatlinburg is approximately a 20-minute drive, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shopping, Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, and other attractions before returning to a quieter mountain retreat.



The area is also convenient to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and outdoor activities throughout the Gatlinburg and Pittman Center area.



Please keep in mind that this is a mountain community. Roads include curves, hills, and elevation changes, and wildlife—including black bears—is commonly seen throughout the Smokies.



Getting Around:

The cabin is located in a true Smoky Mountain setting, so guests should expect paved but steep, curvy roads with switchbacks along the way. Roads can be narrow and winding in some areas, so we recommend taking your time and driving carefully.



During winter weather, AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended, as mountain roads may become icy or slippery. Roads in the community are not guaranteed to be plowed, so guests should monitor weather conditions and plan accordingly.



A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around, as rideshare availability can be limited in mountain areas. Once settled in, you'll enjoy a peaceful mountain location with beautiful views while still being within driving distance of downtown Gatlinburg and area attractions.

🏔️ **Mountain Location**

This is a true Smoky Mountain property. The roads are paved but include hills, curves, and switchbacks. During winter weather, AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended, and road conditions can change quickly.



🐾 **Pets**

Pets are welcome with prior approval and the applicable pet fee. Please include pets in your reservation and review our pet rules before arrival.



👥 **Occupancy**

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including children. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.



🕓 **Check-In & Check-Out**

• Check-in: 4:00 PM

• Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM



🏡 **House Rules**

• No smoking or vaping inside the property

• No illegal drugs or prohibited activity

• Please respect the home, furnishings, neighbors, and community

• Only registered guests are permitted unless otherwise approved

To help you settle in, we provide a starter supply of essentials including:

Starter supplies are intended to get your stay started. Guests staying multiple nights may need to purchase additional supplies.



🛏️ **Linens & Towels**

Bed linens, sheets, pillowcases, and comforters are provided. A starter set of bath towels is also provided, with at least one bath towel per registered guest. Guests are welcome to bring additional towels, especially for longer stays.



🐻 **Wildlife**

Wildlife is part of the Smoky Mountain experience, and you may see or hear animals and other mountain critters during your stay. Please keep doors and windows closed and locked, never feed or approach wildlife, and always enjoy black bears from a safe distance.

We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday, 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
