Located just 3.6 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, The Summit Condos offer a scenic, peaceful escape with a variety of shared amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, grills, clubhouse access, and more.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
Paved roads all the way up to the condo with free parking onsite.  
  
We recommend a 4x4 vehicle for all stays in the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or during inclement weather.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
• Must be 21 years or older to book this condo.  
  
• Maximum occupancy: 4 guests.  
  
• A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel.  
  
• The fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood.  
  
• The coffee maker is a standard drip—please bring your own coffee.  
  
• Indoor pool & hot tub are open year-round (HOA-controlled; subject to unscheduled maintenance).  
  
• Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August (HOA-controlled; exact dates may vary).  
  
• Game room and laundry are coin/pay operated in the main clubhouse.  
  
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.  
  
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.  
  
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.  
  
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area.  
  
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

The view is beautiful, you can see the mountain and city light from the window. Just bring the instant food, they have various utensils and kitchen tools. The admin is responsive.

#### Perfect couples retreat

Took my girlfriend for a short get away and this was a perfect cozy place in the mountains with a beautiful view! Very clean and well kept. Only a 14 minute drive up and down the mountain to the parkway strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely go back and nost definitely recommend to couples looking for their get away!

#### Spectacular Smokies

We loved this stay. The views were phenomenal. Watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning will be a warm memory for years to come.it is a trek to the summit of Ober Mt (so make sure you’re prepared for the steep climb and have a vehicle that will pull it!) The facility wasn’t extravagant, but was clean and cozy—just what we were looking for and exactly as pictured/described. The outdoor pool is heated, FYI and the indoor pool, though small is nice for a little exercise. We would definitely stay here again.

The views were amazing. There was plenty of parking and all the people we ran into were very nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was high enough on the mountain to give us spectacular views, but yet we were still close to attractions and the National Park. Also, the owner checked in via text, and email to make sure that there were no issues.

#### Beautiful quick trip! 

We loved staying at this property! It was just what we needed for the quick weekend trip. It is high up in the mountains which can be a challenge to get to if you aren’t used to the drive, however it is totally worth the view you get outside your window! The property is as easy to find and access. It was very clean and has everything you need! The owner was amazing and very understanding! During our stay we got a lot of snow and had to stay past checkout time to wait for roads to be plowed and he was very understanding! I would absolutely stay here again!

From the moment we walked into the condo we were very satisfied with everything! The condo is very nice and updated! Very clean and comfy. The communication with the owner was very good and fast, he checked in with us by messenger to make sure we didn’t need anything. The building and parking lot is also very well kept. It is a very winding and steep drive to the condo but once you drive it the first time it’s not to bad and you get to see a lot of beautiful views ! I highly recommend this condo for your vacation!!

#### New Year's Eve & Snowboarding 

I selected this property for a surprise family trip to snowboard at Ober Ski Area in Gatlinburg. The condo was perfect for my little family of 4\. My boys, 10 & 11, enjoyed the hot tub and heated, indoor pool area during our down time. The condo's views of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg are breathtaking. We were able to view the New Year's Eve fireworks directly from the condo; warm and dry from the winter weather. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal. The little Chalet Village Market down the mountain is well stocked for any forgotten items and you don't even need to get stuck in downtown traffic to get there! Oh, and the pizza place next door to that market is amazing. We grabbed pies at least twice during our trip... Again, no downtown traffic to get a bite to eat. We'll definitely be booking again.

#### Honeymoon stay

We LOVED this gorgeously decorated, extremely clean condo in Gatlinburg! Unfortunately, I got sick with the flu the first night there, so we just stayed in the condo the whole time, and left early when I tested positive with the flu- but we loved this place. Great for a couple- very cute/romantic getaway cabin with gorgeous views!

You really cannot beat the view from the patio! This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it all over again. I love that it is a little condo but with a true cabin feel. Everything that you could need is provided especially kitchen and bath items.

#### Sweet little getaway 

Fantastic stay! Beautiful view and great location. Had an issue with the a/c unit but it was resolved in a timely manner, other than that my husband and I had a great time!

Property waa amazing. Even got to see some bears in the parking lot. One negative is bed needs an upgrade.

We stayed here for 4 nights and the views were stunning! I would keep in mind when booking the climb up the mountain is pretty steep. This is perfect for a couple get away!

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay! Love the view and how they keep us informed all the time. Sadly we just missed using the indoor pool and hot tub, but overall we had fun staying in Gatlinburg.
