Located in the middle of Gatlinburg. Remodeled in Spring of 2022. Our premier NO PETS / NO SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and large wall mounted flat screen TV, custom décor with plantation blinds.. The kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets, a new four burner glass topped electric stove, toaster, large microwave, new frost free refrigerator w/ top freezer. Has 12 cup Drip coffee maker & Single cup Keurig coffee maker. There are ample nice utensils, upscale dishes and stainless steel cookware. The den has a large flat screen TV and DVR along with a comfortable sofa that converts into a Premium 7" mattress Queen size bed suitable for up to 2 KIDS. It has two new very comfortable matching Lazy-boy rocker recliners. The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY. The den has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and four chairs overlooking the outside pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. There is an ashtray on the balcony table for smokers, since this is a no smoking unit. Since this is a NO Pet condo, Guest will be evicted if a pet is found in the condo and Guest is required to pay an additional $500 deep cleaning so future guests will not suffer from any allergies from pet dander or other remnants from your pet. The place is super cute , cozy. Its right in downtown so you can walk to the hot attractions and restaurants.
