It is truly a studio, more like a hotel room with a kitchen. The street in front was loud with traffic all the time and the bed was uncomfortable. Needed more blankets and pillowcases for extra pillows. It was very close in proximity to everything we wanted to see and do so that it its best feature. Stayed 3 nights in May 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Darla S., Bath, NY 19 Aug 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wonderful location and nice accomodations We had a last-minute change of plans, and needed a place in or around Gatlinburg for one night. This studio room was available. The location is GREAT!! Right near Light #3 in Gatlinburg. The room - although a studio - was fairly spacious. We didn't feel cramped at all. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, also. The room was clean and cool. There is an issue with noise, if you're sensitive to it. The road noise didn't bother us too much, but the garbage truck picking up the dumpster RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR WINDOW - where the head of the bed is located - was a bit loud at 5:00 am. The only other thing to be aware of is that access to the room is up a set of metal stairs. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Overall, I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is wanting a comfortable place to stay near the downtown Gatlinburg area. ##### Darla S. Stayed 1 night in Aug 2021
