Amazing location - So close to the entertainment Gatlinburg brings! It took us a few minutes to drive into downtown. The property is spectacular and in top notch condition - high in the mountains, the perfect getaway! We saw a bear at the top of the driveway. So cool. Can’t wait to come back! ##### Carlos X. We had several visits from black bears for the full Smoky Mountain experience! This is an older cabin, and it lives like an older cabin, which is not an issue, just don’t expect new construction. The benefit to being older is the location is perfect; 5 minutes to Gatlinburg and 10 minutes to the National Park. The cabin is nestled on the mountainside and feels very private. The huge porch was great for morning tea and enjoying the mountain sounds. We had plenty of space with the cabin as our base camp while we visited family and explored the National Park. Overall, our stay was exactly what I was looking for. ##### Samuel M. We had 6 people and there is only five forks and two spoons. Shades are too short for a couple of the windows. Ceiling fans don’t work in the bedrooms. A few more things needs to be worked on.
