The Condo was clean and very roomy. The building was well insulated, there was no noise from neighbors. It was nice sitting on the balcony listening to the stream.

First let me say, we'd stay here again. Ditch the motel 6 towels & soap. 3 towels isn't enough. Pots n pans in kitchen should be replaced (junk) carpets should be replaced. Overall location & view fabulous.
I have stayed at this condominium complex many times and it never disappoints!

Spacious facility with everything needed to facilitate our 5 day stay. Easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg so parking not an issue. Would gladly stay here again if traveling in this area.

rented from this company the past 5 years very satisfied
My co-worker and I enjoyed our stay in the condo. We were able to work remotely during business hours and explore the area afterwards. The couches were a little worn but still comfortable to use. I will be booking this unit again.
Amazing room and property with nice location. Only complaint is the elevator was not operational 2 out of the 4 days we stayed and this resulted in us carrying our luggage down 4 flights of stairs to our vehicle on departure. I feel a property this nice should not have that much issues.
Needs some updating. Getting into the shower in the main bath is a liability claim waiting to happen. You need a stool to get into the shower safely. That needs to be addressed before someone gets injured. Smells a little on the older side and could use some simple updating to address this. Other than those things, it's a good place to stay. We like the location. We would stay here again.
Floor was dirty and not clean. Patio had dirt pulled up in the corner. Picture from listing had a grill and there wasn’t one. Overall will definitely book from here again
Place was clean on the outside. We did have to wipe the counters off. They had a gritty feel to them. The furniture is in desperate need of updating. No cushioning left on the arms or the seats. The screens need replacing on the patio doors. Otherwise check in and out was pretty straight forward
We came to Gatlinburg to attend a family wedding. The condo was clean, close to everything, comfortable. Parking was easy. I would suggest you clearly inform tenants that there is dishwashING liquid and dishwashER powder. We nearly caused a catastrophe, but caught it in time. We'd stay there again.
Toilets were not cleaned well and the main tub still had hair in it. The couch and love seat are worn out and very uncomfortable. They need to be replaced.
Lovely location within walking distance to Gatlinburg. The constant sound of water traveling down the mountain in the brook behind the property was very soothing and the neighbors were all very friendly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A little hiccup with the check-in process, but could have been merely an issue with email. Once that was resolved, we had a great time and really liked the condo we had rented. We decided at the last minute to get away for a couple of days, and we were able to rent here with little notice. We would use the same place again if available. It was in a great location.

Positives-
Great location. Spectacular balcony view. Listening to the creek was peaceful. We saw a bear, our first night, in the creek. Hummingbirds were visiting all day long. Friendly neighbors. Wifi.
Negatives-
The jets in the tub were nasty. The floors made our socks/feet black. The quilts were stained. There wasn't a kids area or hottub on the premises, as pictured. One of the bathrooms had an EXTREMELY loose faucet. The couch had chips and crumbs on it when we arrived. The couch is very worn down as in 0 star rating. The arm cushions were so deflated you could see the boards and the seat cushions were sunken in. I also didn't like that they require you to keep the air at 75° because it was a bit stuffy. The 2nd bedroom has a window facing a security light which prevented darkness at night time, even with the standing shade.
This place is basically a motel. I had no idea what to expect and we were shocked upon arriving. For the price we paid, I figured it would be a nice condo, but wow were we wrong. The place was supposedly built in the early 2000's but looks like it was designed in the 1990's at least. It has definitely never been upgraded except the kitchen counter. It smelled pretty bad inside like people used to smoke in there, but then we realized the smoke smells was coming in the outdoor AC unit from the neighbors smoking on their porch. We also had a number of issues even before we arrived, starting with the lack of communication from Cabins for You staff. Here's a list of all the problems we experienced and I also have pictures documenting everything:
-AC was broken upon arrival. We noticed the outdoor coil (in front of the condo door) had fifth a few inches thick covering it and that's what broke the AC. We called concierge to have someone come out to repair, but no one ever called us back and no on ever came. We called the next morning and they finally sent building maintenance out to clean it and they left a mess all over the floor where we walk I to the condo. It was so gross.
-water control in the bathroom for the shower was broken.
-the ice maker in the freezer was disgusting g and had never been cleaned out.
-the sofa furniture was older than me and extremely worn and broken. If you put your arm on the armrest you were stabbed by broken wood.
-the balcony was filthy like someone had a barbecue and dumped grease all over the floor and no one ever cleaned it. It sed horrible out there.
-the jacuzzi tub jets had enough mold in them for DHEC to shut the whole building down.
-mattresses were thrown outside next to the parking lot because of bedbugs so we were actually terrified to sleep under the covers (we brought our own blankets thankfully and slept on top of the comforters) and have to completely disinfect all our stuff when we got home.
-TV was broken and the buttons on the remote were all smashed in and didn't work.
-wifi went out on the second day - we didn't even to call because no one at the concierge does anything.
-The elevator of the building is very rickety and old. Even the building smelled of mold.
-the pool was very clean.
-The instructions for check-in sent from the rental company were in accurate and at first we thought we were at the wrong place. Even the name of the complex didn't match the listing.
