Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. (please note we do not supply wood for the fireplace). The standard charge is $175.00 for 4 people. The additional charge is $15.00 per person per nite over 4 people. Minimum stay is 3 nights rental. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven and drip coffee maker. Glassed in sun porch off the dining area facing the Little Pigeon River. Washer/ dryer located off the kitchen area. Patio with charcoal grill. Gas grill under carport. Cottage is within walking distance (10-12 minutes walk ) to the center of Gatlinburg just a quarter of a mile away. ABSOLUTELY no pets or indoor smoking. Stay a full week (7 days) and get the 7th night free. We loved being on the river and saw bear every day that we were there. It’s a little piece of paradise. It’s tucked away on a back street but close to town. We really needed a mountain getaway, yet close to downtown. This fit our needs perfectly! Woke up with the river next to us, and enjoyed watching the ducks playing joyfully in the river in the morning. It was a crowded weekend, but the cabin was quiet and we walked everywhere in town. We loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very comfortable beds, and overall a wonderful experience ! ##### Cristina S.
