On River St. quite location off the parkway which is very busy. If you wanted to walk that could be done. Parking lot alert when seeing attractions flat rate 20.00, only a couple of city lots they are 10.00 flat rate. It is pretty small but ok for 1-2 people. Probably wouldn't recommend for more than 2\. The king size bed was very comfortable and nice after a day of hiking or walking in Gatlinburg. The place is very nicely decorated and everything you need is there at your fingertips. I did not use the pools but they both looked nice. Check in was very easy...with a code and instructions all being sent via email. If walking Gatlinburg is your thing then this condo is perfect.
