"Housekeeping was talking loudly in the hall at 8:00, waking us up. They then came into the room at 9:30, when we were in bed, and didn't leave until asking when we were checking out. I said noon, but they came into the room again at 11:15, while I was getting changed. Good experience marred by poor housekeeping. Front desk staff was pleasant, restaurant was decent, but some ants and crumbs in the room when we checked in. We cleaned that you ourselves and didn't make an issue of it."

"No regular TV. Only specialized channels. We couldn't watch our programs or hockey games live. No phone to communicate with reception. No cleanig services during our stay."
