"Great spot to stay! Genuinely very happy with our experience. Extremely clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and complete privacy for a couples stay or a small family. Host has great attention to detail and offered helpful things like beach bag, beach towels, games, sunblock, commonly forgot items, etc. Really loved our stay! We used Uber to travel into downtown Cape Coral and to Fort Meyer Beach both an easy trip from the house!"

"A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away. I did go there a couple times, but mostly because it offers the rare pleasure of being able to swim outside in winter when water at Florida's beaches is too cold. "I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."

"My now husband and i spent our honeymoon at this stay and we had a lovely time! place was clean and cozy, we pretty much got in the pool everyday that we stayed. Check in process was very easy and the bedroom was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint, we visited many restaurants and a beach and everything was decently in the area! 10/10 would recommend for a lovely getaway, we plan on coming back whenever the opportunity presents itself."

"Everything about this property was perfect for us. We had the whole place to ourselves for almost our entire stay which was lovely. The walk to the beach was perfectly fine, even when loaded down. The beach itself is small, but never crowded. I would definitely come back to stay at this property!"

"We didnt receive any information how to check in. After I contacted Expedia, the owner emailed me finally. The day before arrival, I texted the owner & was told how to check in. The next day we flew in, I texted the owner we'll be there in 2 hours. The owner replied: something happened yesterday & the apartment is not able to be given for rent. It was 8pm & we had no place to spend the night. "

"This VRBO is wonderful. Completely remodeled and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Honestly the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever used! We loved how quiet the location was. The street is so quiet and peaceful. The location is fabulous. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and just minutes away from shops and restaurants. It was just perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay here again in the near future."

"We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...
