"I feel because I purchased my stay om Expedia when I got to check in the hotel changed my room to a handicap room. I feel had I booked with the Residence direct I would not have had a room change. Also they do not clean your room you must request that. They are the Residence Inn you would think they would want to separate themselves from the rest."

"Perfect location for petco park which was why we were there . Food choices are limited but there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance . Parking is expensive overnight but most of the parking lots down town are as well. Didn’t use the pool or the gym this time . Room was very nice with good view of the city ."
