"The staff are fantastic. Everyone of them. From the front desk to the restaurant. What I didn’t like was the noise. It was really load. Not just from the game but also the street. I also thought $70 valet is really high and I did not know there was a destination fee."

"Love this hotel. I have stayed here multiple times and will stay again. Elevator was down for a bit and I wish that they served regular drip coffee in the lobby earlier than 7/730AM. This is a preference—they do have Nespresso machines on every floor and a coffee shop in the hotel but I really like their drip coffee! "

"Nice staff! However, the elevator situation is unreasonable. Two, 100+ year old elevators and one was down our whole stay. The other one was very unreliable and broke down multiple times in the span of two days. This is an 11-story hotel so good luck with your luggage if you’re on the 11th floor. "

"I asked to upgrade my room to two beds and they did not mention I was getting an ADA room. The view was to a homeless encampment across the street. The streets were so dirty. "

"Room had smell of mold. Found some mold in the bathroom shower. Air Conditioning kept shutting off and room got hot and could not sleep well at night. Shower handle old and hard to find between hor and cold. After a shower, water leaked out of faulty glass gasket and there was a big puddle of water on the floor. "
