"We had a lovely stay our room was dated but clean.The main areas have been modernised .There was limited seating in the bar area and if you had a seat near the door it was freezing .Food was lovely and the staff .louise was a credit in the restruant.There were alot of children there as football tournament and they were running up and down stairs and messing in the lift which isnt the hotels fault.We would return."

"This hotel is a tale of two halves, family area is not as fresh as the adult area. The conditions are not fit for purpose for a family and they really need to be looked at. Asked for my room to be cleaned again and was told cleaners are in at 4:30pm, and then when I got back it hadn't been touched apart from making the beds again. Camp bed had springs falling off it which I told reception and they just used the same one, so I had to make a floor bed for the kids (which they loved) but for the price this hotel is overpriced and unhealthy dirty. You can see dust skirts along the walls and under the camp beds, aswell as finding bottles still under the bed from the last occupant and a few other things. Reception staff just lost interest in the amount of people complaining and couldn't care. This place needs a huge overhaul and soon "

"Room was clean & very spacious but could do with update. I was disappointed as we had no shower and our view was a breeze block wall which made the room very dark. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stellar and we had no problems charging our EV. Our Junior suite was perfect and the bed was quite comfortable after a long day of travel. Cheers from Canada!!"
