10/10 Excellent

"Just had an overnight stay. The staff where friendly and chatty. Laura the receptionist was very helpful. Room was lovely and clean by Sarah, who left a nice welcoming message for us on the mirror. Windows need a clean outside and some of the double glazing has failed. Food for breakfast excellent quality with plenty of choice both british and European. Bar staff where great and dinner was cooked freshly accommodating our dietary needs with no fuss. I would recommend it to all who want a great night out in Preston and a good night's sleep. Beds comfy an you can control ac to be on all night if you need it."

"Property is easy to locate, but details of check in is delayed, . I was outside for so long due to the owner not picking calls on time It was cold in the room, noise from the corridor, loud music through the corridor and the shower was so noisy I booked it just to have few tours of sleep before resuming work unfortunately that didn’t happened."

"Second time staying here in the past month. First time was excellent, this time not so good. The bathroom lights didn’t work in the first allocated room so I was moved to another room. In the second room the spare bed was dirty and upon retrieving the extra pillows from the top of the wardrobe, I found them to be filthy. Not just a little dirty, but disgustingly dirty. The lady on reception was very apologetic and helpful, but the standards this time around were well below standard. Such a shame as I thought we’d found a hidden gem at good rates but I would be hesitant to book here again."

"Very friendly staff, the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was full of kids so we didn't went for a swim. Breakfast was good and had many options. The car park was quite full and the spots were a bit tight (even worse because a lot of people didn't know how to park 🙃) But overall was a nice experience! Highly recommend it!"
