We visited for a triathlon so the area was very busy. There is a free car park available which was full at times. It was also exceptionally hot. The air conditioning was very effective. Spacious and cool apartment in a small complex. The kitchen is small but has two cooker rings, a fridge, kettle and microwave. There is an oven in the shared section together with a washing machine, dryer and big freezer. The apartment exceeded our expectations; we were in the “Blue Room” on the first floor which had a huge balcony stretching round two sides of the building and looking over the pool. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. The private car park was a bonus. A very good base from which to explore Girona, about half an hour’s drive away through very attractive countryside.
