"Spacious, clean and welcoming staff "

"The hotel is surrounded by a huge territory of gardens that belongs to the hotel. The rooms are very clean, the smell is always nice, the service is more than great. The hospitality of the staff is of a 5 star hotel. The only reason they are 1 star is because the rooms are small. Otherwise they would be easily a 4 star hotel in my opinion. We were very comfortable, satisfied and safe. There is plenty of parking space inside the hotel territory. The only thing I would recommend them to improve is...

"Beautiful, unique property on a very tranquil and scenic location. A 7,5 km drive up from the main road brings you to the top of the hill. Stunning finca with magnificent views and silence all around, pure heaven! The staff are brilliant, they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. True hospitality. "We had a wonderful stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor is spare, in a good way. Clean and minimal. The food was delicious, and they happily accommodated our request for vegetarian meals. They offered good recommendations for hiking areas. The property caters to cyclists, which we did not realize and have nothing to do with, but it was perfect for us on a couples sightseeing vacation as well. "
