Consequently, I shall assign it a rating of 5 out of 10. The premises were tidy, the breakfast was satisfactory, the rooms featured walk-in closets, which was advantageous, and the staff member, Ayssa, was exceptionally polite. The mattresses were cozy; the general aesthetic was impressive!

Absolutely worst mattresses we have ever tried to sleep on, and both of us are very frequent travelers. Neither of us got any sleep and our backs are hurting today! I did tell the front desk how horrible they were at the beginning of our stay when I bought a cold drink. His response? " oh, I didn't know, I've never slept here" Seriously?

The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.
