Awesome Front Desk Staff

We were displaced due to a house fire. We were actually booked for the Suburban, but we were upgraded to the Clarion on the same property. I enjoyed the stay. We had a couple of kinks in the beginning but front desk made sure we were taken care of. The room could have been just a little more cleaner but the stay was comfortable. This is a hotel that I could and will frequent again in the near future. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Kudos to you guys and I love the renovations.

Disgusting. Rooms filthy, room smelled, service extremely poor, had to walk to desk everyday for towels, unsafe, no lights, no security cameras. This place is basically a dump.
