"Our first impresdion of the reception area was WOW. Beautiful venue with breathtaking grounds. Lovely sun terraces and fantastic restaurant with amazing food. Would recommend. We had an evening meal which was superb and Breakfast was great too. Spa area small but nice enough for a relaxing dip in the pool and steam room, sauna and very small gym but enough for me. My only disappointment was that our room was a club room and accessed via a path to an annexe which did not have the same WOW factor as the main building. The room was very big with large bathroom, large lounge with couch and separate dressing area which was a nice touch and although it had been decorated recently and clean i just had the feeling that it was a bit tired. The furniture was old and the bathroom was very tired and needs to be fully updated. Bed was very soft and bouncy but slept ok. Just loved the place and sad the room was not so first class as the rest of the hotel. Having said that it was acceptable for what we paid."

My hotel room was lovely and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had great nights sleep. "I liked the Way it was decorated, in the theme of a log cabin (I really like log cabins ) AND the grounds are Really well looked after. Because I've just started looking after some grounds about the same size. Maybe a wee bit bigger. "
