The Concorde Montparnasse is a good choice for Paris. It is well equipped, both the exterior and interior are impressive enough. The rooms are comfortable, and good size for Paris, although I did go in for a deluxe room. Free Wi-Fi is nice, there is 24/7 room service, and there is plenty of staff to go around. The location is perfect. Very close to trains and metro, and the bus to wither airport is just steps from the door. There are all the practical shops you would need very close, grocery, restaurants, etc. And not far away are all the shops we have come to love Paris for. However, since it located a bit away from central Paris, it can seem like a sanctuary from what can be quite maddening crowds around the cities popular sites. The room was quite comfortable, my only complaints would be that the thermostat had the dial removed, so the temperature could not be adjusted and therefore my room was far more toasty than I would have preferred, even for April. Overall when returning to Paris I would definitely consider staying here again, and would recommend the Concorde Montparnasse to any cost conscience traveler for sure.
Its a very charming, cozy, safe hotel. Si close to two metro lines, and best of all 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower!
Hotel is clean, great staff, safe location with lots to do nearby. Fastfood ie mcdonalds, starbucks, and plenty of french restaurants, pastry shops.
A laundromat two doors down make it easy to pack less and more room for souvenirs.

Hotel Baldi is situated close to the most international building in Paris, the UNESCO, and also near the most Parisian …More
The hotel was easy to find and close to both metro/RER stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Breakfast is available but there are also several cafes/restaurants either side of the hotel - eating a crepe in front of the Eiffel Tower next to the Seine is priceless!
The room had a mini balcony/ledge and just that little bit of outside space made the room even more comfortable.
"Nice Hotel in Paris near Eiffel Tower and subway"
small boutique'y style hotel, maybe 35 rooms or so. Not large rooms but this is Paris. What a great staff, such nice people and very accomodating with requests and information etc. Nice breakfast, little pricey at 15 euro but thats about the norm, you can go next door but for 2 euro savings why? Rooms are black white motif, trendy, front rooms face Tower but may be noisier than the back rooms. 6th floor can have water pressure issues during peak times, but in other times they are fine. One thing, some of the rooms have very tiny bathrooms, fully equipped but small, so be prepared for that or ask for larger room. Good chinese place 5 blocks down on the side street, subway right at your door step, very close (1km) walk to Tower and from there Paris is your oyster. Highly recommended, will stay there again!

Ideally located in the middle of the business and entertainment districts, close to eiffel-tower only few minutes by foot …More
I had a wonderful stay at art hotel Eiffel.
Extremely good location steps away from la motte picquet grenelle metro station(line 6, 8, and 10). McDonald's and monoprix store are also steps away as well. I had a room on the 4th floor with a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. It was awesome waking up to that view everyday.
We spent 3 days here and really enjoyed our stay. The room was small as expected but not cramped. Having a bathtub to soak in after long days walking the city was a great. We had a great view and could see the Eiffel tower near by. (Tip: request a room with Tower view if available.) It is also less than 2 minutes to walk to two different Metro lines which was super convenient for getting around the city.
There is a great Italian restaurant 10m to the left as you leave the lobby. There are other great places near by and the front desk staff was super helpful in finding places to eat. We did not choose the breakfast option as there where many places for pastry and coffee nearby. If you are there on a Sunday morning go 100m to the right to ZigZag for Sunday brunch, just get there early or make a reservation in advance, it's packed with locals because it's really good.
Make sure you go to the observation deck of the Montparnasse Tower. You get the best views of the city from here. I recommend you get the 20 euro ticket that allows you up to the top twice in 48hrs as opposed to the 1 time 15e price. You will want pictures during the day around midday then go back 30 min before sunset and get more photos at night.
Eiffel Tower visits should be pre-booked online at least 30 before your visit to shorten your wait time at the tower.
Paris restaurants are not cheap so ask the front desk for direction to the MonoPrix grocery and picnic with bread, salami, cheese and wine.
The location of the hotel made the stay. On top of the friendly staff and cleanliness of the room, the location of Le Marquis was wonderful. Being situated right near Le Tour Eiffel made wandering the city an easy and enjoyable task.
