Large living area with living room overlooking the lake, well-equipped kitchen with access to the beautiful patio overlooking the lake equipped with table and chairs.

Sleeping area: double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub, second double bedroom, bedroom with French bed (which can also accommodate 2 people because of large sizes) and single bed; second bathroom with laundry.

Air conditioning only in one of the double bedrooms.

The pool is shared with guests of the nearby villa as well as the large surrounding garden.

Guests can access the property which is rented exclusively. The pool and the garden are shared with the guests of the nearby villa.

The period of time to check in is between 4pm and 7pm: if you plan to arrive after this time we ask you to notify us and pay an extra cost of €35 for the service.
