It sits above the original historic carriage house (now the garage). Back porch area—with two Adirondack chairs and a BBQ— shared with guests who may be staying in our other listing, the Shamrock Shore Bungalow (the main house). Cottage guests have 1 parking space in the driveway under the carport in front of the garage off 10th Street. 8 steps up from carport area. Additional 7 steps leading up to Front Door. No stairs inside. ● Shared Amenities We have 2 bicycles and Beach Essentials for guests (beach towels, beach chairs (2) and beach wagon. These are shared between guests in the main house and Guest House on a first come - first serve basis. Our "window-style" AC is mounted through a wall (not a window). ● Pets: We allow 1 adult dog for $25 per night (no puppies). We don't accept any other animal type. Please be good pet parents and clean up after your pet.
