"Sea Note" offers over 1400 sq. feet of living space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of the larger floor plans available at Pointe West. The condo features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops and easy access to the beach. "Sea Note" has cable TV with high speed wireless internet throughout. This striking first floor beach front condo is the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private shaded balcony. LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB, you can literally be poolside in seconds. This condo offers:2 king beds, 2 bunk beds (both twin over full). Sleeps 9 comfortably. Pack n Play and High Chair provided. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, and electric grill. Everything you need for a great vacation! A storage locker is NOT provided with this unit. Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds. RESORT AMENITIES & FEE: Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs and a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. Resort sponsored activities are offered seasonally for family fun. The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. And while it was a bit chilly at the beach, we still enjoyed the endless shoreline and shells. Once back, there was plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen had everything we needed and the kiddos were able to play on the large patio. Great ocean view from the balcony on the 1st floor high enough to see the water but not so scary with young children. The pool was close by and the seashore is just over the wooden walkway. A little rain 2 mornings cleared up to beautiful sunny days to lounge at the beach or by the pristine pools. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils we needed. The kids young and old had a blast.
