Mermaid Lookout Beachfront Condo

  • This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom will be your happy place! Spectacular views from balcony, living area, and master bedroom. Sleeps 6 comfortably. The Dawn Condos are located directly on the Seawall with 2 resort pools (one is heated) and hot tub. Master bedroom has very comfortable queen bed and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located in the loft area overlooks the living room and shares the ocean view. Close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Complex is gated with additional pedestrian access from the Seawall with plenty of unassigned parking. Kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dinnerware.
    The unit is located on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators. Parking pass is $40 for a 1-3-night stay or $50 for 4 or more nights per vehicle. The Dawn Condominiums was awarded Best Condominium Rental on the Island for 2023.

Please do not set thermostat below 70 degrees. No RVs or trailers allowed in parking spaces. Use shower stations at pool to rinse off sand.
Booking same day of arrival may need to wait for the condo to be cleaned. Please do NOT lock the bottom door knob key when you leave.
You will need to provide documentation prior to booking for a service animal. An extra cleaning fee of $50 will be required at the time of booking.
