Welcome to Flamingo Way, your vibrant waterfront retreat in Jamaica Beach! This unique 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is a dream for water enthusiasts, offering a private boat slip, a fish cleaning station, and direct access to Galveston Bay.
The home`s eclectic and stylish interior features an open-concept living space and a modern, fully-stocked kitchen with a large island, perfect for entertaining. The layout is spread across two levels with separate entrances. The upstairs suite has two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the downstairs has a private entrance leading to a bonus bedroom, a second bathroom, and the laundry room.
What to Expect? Start your day with coffee on the large deck while watching the kids fish from the dock, or unwind with some waterside yoga. Once you are ready to start your day, you can enjoy kayaking, biking around the neighborhood, or taking a short ride to the nearby beach. There’s even a community pool and park just a short distance away. Flamingo Way’s prime location offers direct access to Galveston Bay and the State Park, making it a dream getaway for those who love the water. Whether you’re grilling by the water or fishing off the private dock, Flamingo Way is your ultimate coastal retreat.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, other than a locked cleaning supply closet.
This property has a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite upstairs. The downstairs has a separate entrance and includes 1 bathroom, and a laundry room. Both levels use the same access code. There`s a bonus bedroom downstair, feel free to use it!
Please note that there are no stairs connecting the two levels, so you`ll need to enter and exit the downstairs through its own exterior door.
Maximum of 2 dogs allowed and the Pet Fee is $100.00 (non-aggressive breeds only please).
Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine.
To maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests, we have a strict no smoking policy indoors. Please note that smoking indoors will incur a large fee for smoke removal.
A security deposit of $500 will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of check-in. This is a temporary hold and will be released following a successful inspection of the house after checkout.
Registration Details STR24-00059 1. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING PROPERTY. Any signs of smoking (any substance) will result in a non-refundable $150 fine. 2. No wet swimsuits, tanning lotion, or makeup on the sofa or beds. Do not wipe makeup with the towels we provide. Permanently stained towels or sheets will be billed. 3. Guests must complete an application for boat parking. 4. One room with bed and one bathroom are downstairs, along with the laundry room and storage room. 5. Please treat the furniture, appliances, towels, and bedsheets with care. Any damages or permanent stains will be billed accordingly. 6. If you use the BBQ grill, please ensure it is cleaned after each use. Guests are responsible for leaving the grill in the same condition as it was found. 7. Trash must always be bagged and placed inside the bin, or we will be fined. The bins are located in a wooden box by the road. 8. The property may not be occupied by more than 7 guests, or you may receive a city violation. 9. Pets must be disclosed and added to the reservation in advance. Any unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $250 fine. 10. Violation of house rules may result in a fine and/or eviction without a refund.
