Love the downstairs outdoor tv and bar area. Great location. Very quick ( could walk) golf cart ride to the sea isle marina/pool and restaurant and close enough to walk to the beach if needed we chose to rent a golf cart to get the beach which we enjoyed. The house was super clean - spotless and as pictured. Check in was easy and the house had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. My grandkids enjoyed swimming at the house and there were toys and yard games for them as well. There was easy access to the beach as well as to the neighborhood pool. The Poco Bueno is an amazing home. It was very clean and well equipped. We loved the upper and lower decks. It’s very family and kid friendly. Close to the beach and not far from Galveston. Our party consisted of me and my wife, our kids and their significant others. The house was a perfect location on the canal and we were able to dock our boat right at the house. We loved that it was fenced in since my son brought his puppy. The house had ample space for all 8 adults. It was nice and clean and was just as advertised. The home was adorable with a nautical/ beachy decor that really added to the relaxing vibe. The accomdations were wonderful! The property owners are excellent communicators and very gracious. We enjoyed taking our boat out for evening sunsets and fishing excursions, swimming, dining local and simply spending time with family! The location/neighborhood with the marina and restaurants was a bonus! The house was super clean and decorated to a tee. Great for entertaining with lots of seating areas upstairs and downstairs! The fenced in yard made relaxing even easier, not worrying about the dog getting out! We will for sure be booking this house again! The layout for the house worked really well. There was plenty of space indoors and out. We took advantage of all of it! We enjoyed being on the canal and fished off of the dock. Both the upstairs deck and the downstairs area had plenty of spaces to gather. We rented a golf cart which made trips to the beach very easy. Enjoyed the canal views and fishing off the rear deck. The house was very clean and comfortable and wonderfully decorated with a beach feeling. The lower and upper decks were great for spending time with family and enjoying the view and the upper deck was enjoyable in the morning an evenings to experience the gulf air and breeze. The house was completely furnished and had everything that we needed to spend a week at the beach. Location was great and could walk to marina and beach area or use a golf cart for super quick access. Amazing sunsets at the community pier in the evening. Everyone enjoyed the stay so much that we are already planning our next trip.
