Hi Dolores, I am so very sorry that you had issues with the stove burners and the bedroom tv. Most likely the burners were simply not back in place quite right, and cabler box just needed reset button pushed, but will definitely have those items taken care of. I sincerely apologize for no response. We did not have your message, but will look to see if it transfered to another extension. We do pride ourselves in customer service and responding to any issue promptly. I am very sorry for the issues and communiation error and will work promptly to resolve them.
