Needs major updating, broken lamps, switches don't work, many plugs don't work, floors in kitchen coming up, horrible smells in master bath, Jacuzzi tub had black stuff coming out of jets, tiki bar was full of stuff and major ammonia smell from likely rodent infestation..doors to tiki bar would not open all the way...old lumber lying around in different places ... location and view were great but price does not match what was advertised
