  • Whether you’re looking for a family getaway, girl's trip or a romantic weekend. This charming coastal chic cottage with a tranquil backyard including a fire pit, has what you’re looking for. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with bay view and access to fishing and kayaking. Centrally located to the beach, Strand area, Moody Garden and Pleasure Pier.

    THE SPACE:
    Welcome to the Blue-bay Cottage! As the name tells we are close to the Bay. Ideal for fishing and kayaking and evening walks. The house was built in 2012 with 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. 1 full size bathroom. Full size and equipped kitchen with breakfast area and bar chairs. The house interior is a mix of vintage and modern decor and wall paintings.
    Tropical front and tranquil back yard.
    The Space
    - Firepit with plenty of seating.
    - Outdoor dinner table perfect for morning
    coffee and evening dinner.
    - Private driveway with parking space for two
    cars.
    - WiFi, 2 Smart TV's

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please either strip the bedding and leave on the bed. Leave used towels on the bathroom floor or over the shower door. See above instructions as well. Set thermostat to 80 degrees and Look the doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No Parties and no smoking inside of the house but outside in the backyard is fine.
Please inspect the house at time of check in and if anything major is not up to par please contact the host to find a remedy.
Please set the AC temperature no lower than 73 degrees when home and when away please set to 78 degrees. The house is rather new and the AC will cool
