The convenience of the soccer tournament to the house was excellent. After the soccer games the easy access to the beach, pool and the Porch Cafe made the house perfect. We comfortably slept 12\. The property manager was easily available and very responsive. Beach was just a 2-4minute walk over the dunes. Only real problem was that there was not much seating available in the main living area for a house that size. There were only 5 comfortable seats (3 person sofa and 2 person love seat) which doesn’t really work when you have 5 bedrooms with at least 2 people in each room.
