The dining table seats 6 in front of large Gulf-facing windows, and 2 more can be seated at the breakfast bar.

Everyone can sleep as late as they’d like with 4 private bedrooms. The upper level, primary king suite boasts an en suite bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower plus its own covered deck. Down the hall you’ll find a pyramid bunk room with a pullout trundle bed, perfect for the kids and teens. The main level has 2 more bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, plus a closet with full size washing machine and dryer!

The beach is only steps away down the cleared path. Stroll down to the sand, and get ready for a day in the water. Finish off your day with a soak in the patio hot tub, or grill your fresh catch while you watch the sunset over the water. Your VIPs (Very Important Pets) even have their own space to run around with the fenced side yard.

The hardest part will be choosing what activities to do!

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

Terramar Beach Boat Launch - request a fob (refundable deposit required) at the SNS Rental Office.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer holidays, please plan to bring your favourite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railway Museum, Historic City centre Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
