Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The first rooms AC didn’t work the best so they moved me to another room ASAP. Breakfast was quick and easy, they had lots of options. And there was plenty of parking

The hotel had some lights flickering on the outside that could be changed but other than that the appearance was nice. Right beside the road and a Bob Evans. The staff was very kind and hospitable. We had an issue with our door not locking but maintenance was right up to fix after we notified them. I would suggest going to Bob Evans for their breakfast if you want any meat. Otherwise for a run of the mill complementary breakfast it is fine. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location was very close to the Mothman museum and other local attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the waffles for breakfast. The only drawbacks were the moisture in our room and the paint chips in the pool.

The hotel was clean, and the front staff was helpful, but the hotel is old and not maintained. There was black mold on the ceiling above the beds, and I killed 6 spiders in the room over 2 days. Also, the indoor pool was not heated, so the water temperature was in the lower 60's.

I rate this discount motel based on what we received for the price. In the midst of an affordability crisis, this property is able to offer clean, comfortable rooms at an affordable price, which is no small feat. My rating is a matter of expectation. With prices out of control on almost everything else, they've done a great job finding ways to cut costs. The breakfast is marginal, but great for traveling with children. But we got good value for the price.

The staff was more than welcoming and wonderful. The bed was a bit lumpy but we did not let that stop us from booking an additional night after they informed us about several sites to chance out while we were on vacation and in the area. Would stay there again if I am in the area.
