The hotel is non-smoking but there was definitely smoking on my floor. The cigarette smoke was strong and very notice me. The hotel room was clean and a great overall value minus the smell of smoke.

The staff was great but the room had somethings beside the fridge and beside the bed. When i went to font desk about it they put me in a new room right away and did apologize for it. The breakfast was hot and taste good.

The staff was by far the best part of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond, and honestly, they were the main reason we were able to enjoy our stay despite the other issues. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The hotel still advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived, we found that it had been filled in with concrete. The pool also appeared to be in need of maintenance, with paint peeling off and floating in the water. Another major issue was the elevator, which was out of service for our entire stay. We spoke with some of the cleaning staff, and they made it sound as though the elevator being out of service was a frequent or ongoing issue. Watching them carry heavy cleaning supplies up and down the stairs made us especially concerned for the staff. Overall, the employees were wonderful and deserve recognition for their hospitality. However, the condition and maintenance of the hotel itself left a lot to be desired and did not match what was advertised.

Room was very clean and beds comfortable for a good nights sleep. Only thing I would like to see, is at least 1 chair in the room. Breakfast was great as well. Biscuits and gravy. Staff was very courteous and kind, would recommend a stay here .
