The villa, accessible via a private driveway, features a living room with a sofa, a kitchenette, a laundry room, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with bunk beds, and one single), a bathroom, a veranda, a garden, and 2 parking spaces. Amenities include: TV; outdoor shower; barbecue; air conditioning. Local amenities: bars, supermarket, restaurants, fully equipped beach clubs. Convenient road access due to its proximity to State Roads SS101 and SS274, which connect to the main towns of the Salento region.

Located south of Lido Conchiglie, Padula Bianca is the most beautiful beach on the Ionian coast. It’s the ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday, exploring the coastline and taking part in local festivals and fairs celebrating Salento’s cultural traditions—including food, wine, music, and religion.
