Everything was fine, the location, the cleanliness, the air conditioning, the furniture, except the comfort of the bed. The bed was too hard and noisy because it had springs that felt in the back and made noises when you moved position. I can say that one of the best things about it is the restaurant where the dinner we ate was exquisite and varied. very good service in the restaurant. In addition to everything, having free parking is a plus added to the fact that it was covered and it was raining a lot on those days. Quite convenient.

Excellent facilities, very close to the Navarra Arena. Urban bus stop in front of the hotel. Limited dining in the area. Hotel restaurant was good if slightly overpriced.

Hotel is fine, but not within a walking distance of Pamplona city center. We have a car, but if we did not it would require taxi rides everywhere.

Super, modern hotel
Super hotel, nice, roomy, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the restaurant has good value evening meals (but the local language makes choosing tricky for english-speakers!).

One Night Stop
One night stop travelling from U.K. to the south of Spain. Modern hotel with good room and large queen size bed. Bar and restaurant available but ate out at the local shopping precinct sited opposite - good range of food outlets available.

Don't go on a Sunday
Lovely hotel but unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday and the bar and restaurant were both closed. After driving for 6 hours we were looking forward to relaxing with a nice drink. Not possible nothing available. Disappointing for a hotel of this quality.

Great hotel in Pamplona. If you are in the city with a car this is the place for your stay. Clean, great service, free parking on premises.

We have been here before, it is a very nice hotel especially for the price. Only minor niggle was no tea/coffee in the room.

Comfortable bed etc. Can’t believe that on a Sunday the restaurant is NOT open, nothing on website about this. Luckily a shopping complex oppress open and had good outlets. The one we went to was very nice. Never heard of a 4 star hotel who’s restaurant closes!!!?

Lovely english speaking reception staff. This is a great modern hotel located in a slightly industrial area (shopping mall directly across the road). Great overnight stay with bonus shopping trip!

Great room, very large bed and quiet. English speaking channels on tv, and underground parking with lift up to our floor. We brought our dog with us and everything worked well.

Great hotel and wonderful staff, when we stayed there was a group of kids staying for golf convention. These kids made the stay less enjoyable as they were running in the hallways all day and night till about midnight.

Clean, spacious hotel in the outskirts of Pamplona - easy to get to from the main road. Good rooms, and both gym and restaurant (for breakfast) were good. A 50 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride from the centre of Pamplona. The hotel maybe a little expensive, but a good base for the 2 days we were there.
