"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are clean and efficient and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly to us non-French speaking folks. Our major disappointment was that, although a restaurant is on the premises, we found out when we checked in that it was already fully booked for dinner both nights of our stay. "The hotel was exactly what I wanted - a bedroom with a kitchenette so I had the option to cook / make lunches etc. The staff were super friendly and put up with my terrible French! Be warned the hotel is at the top of town - so there is a hill to climb but is in the famous cité d’hiver … so worth visiting in any case. Alternatively use the lift in the park when it is open."
