- A cozy living and dining area with a pull-out sofa, suitable for a third or fourth guest, and a large TV. The dining room window has a fly screen. Windows and the terrace door can be darkened with shutters.



- The modern kitchen features a stylish granite countertop, induction stove, and a backlit Lake Constance photo. You’ll find everything you need: kettle, toaster, egg cooker, dishwasher, and a separate freezer compartment.



- In the bedroom, a high, comfortable bed with quality linens awaits you. For restful nights, there’s a fly screen and a shutter to darken the room.



- The spacious bathroom features a large lake photo in the shower for a holiday mood. There’s ample storage, a washing machine, hairdryer, and a small cosmetic mirror. A large wall mirror completes the amenities.



- The apartment has its own terrace with sun umbrella, table, and four adjustable garden chairs with cushions. A drying rack is available for your laundry or swimwear.
