"Great for a quick overnight stay! Slightly dated, but seemed clean, only issue was that it was an absolute nightmare to flush the toilet! Had to stand there for a few minutes fiddling with the handle to get it to flush!"

Imperial is my favourite place, however i have to mention the public toilets downstairs were a real mess, and our evening meal was disappointing. Lets say not as described and vegetables missing. It will not deter me from returning but it did tarnish our stay a little. Every member of staff amazing apart from Chef."

"Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM. Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable hairs. Room was tired, drawers broken, window handle broken, bathroom was dirty and stunk of drains whenever you used the sink. Blood stains on the wall, suspicious stains on the chair at the end of the bed........ When getting back approx 10:30pm we were greeted by 4 police vans outside the hotel, screaming and shouting late into the night - oh and I could hear everything the couple next door were up to. Real classy, doubt it was that good. Never again... "

"The room was clean and tidy but the plug socket for the kettle and t.v. was loose and not properly attached to the wall. Also, the two bedside wall lights didn't work at all and one was hanging from the wall showing the wire."
