"Terrible experience – completely misrepresented and unhygienic property We had an awful stay at this property. Upon arrival, the house had a strong musty smell. The carpets were unhoovered, crumbs everywhere, and the toilet bowl was stained. The porch was full of rubbish, bins were rusty, and beds looked slept in. One pillow had blood stains and the towels smelled damp. The kettle was unusable due to heavy limescale, and the cutlery and pans were too dirty to use. There was no dishwasher...
