"This is in a great location, you can just walk right over two the two main trails and enjoy the lake or stores nearby. The townhome was also clean and had a nice layout.The owners were very responsive and helpful, contacting us proactively to try and help out when needed."

"This hotel thinks that just because you book a room on a non-refundable rate that it means that they should be okay with accepting black mold that shoots out of your AC unit that is right over your head onto your pillows. They also think that it is okay to lie about the unit being brand new, when it is clearly very old. They also think that it’s okay to lie about accommodating me by switching me to another room when they told me they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me. When I continued to push and told them I couldn’t stay there and breathe that in, they then told me they would move someone else into the room that I was requesting to be removed from. I reiterated that they told me they were fully booked so how is that possible?! “Oh we will just put someone else in that room who hasn’t checked in yet” is what I was told. I told them I didn’t feel comfortable with them putting some other innocent guest in a room that clearly has health hazards. Clearly they do not care about the health and safety of their guests, nor do they care about morals or ethics. Do not stay here. The hotel reeks of mold and nut from the second you walk in the door, so it was no surprise that I found plenty of it in my room."

"This was my 2nd stay at the Baldwin Bungalow and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. Baldwin Park is centrally located to so many great Orlando Main Street districts like Winter Park, Audubon Park, Ivanhoe District, and Downtown. Baldwin Park is super walkable and quiet, so its a great home base for those who want quiet and privacy - with the bonus of a full kitchen, laundry, and fenced in yard. I've already booked my 3rd stay and can't wait to explore more of the area."

"The Anysel pool house was a great spot for my wife and I to get a few affordable days in the sun. Our 25 year old son even joined us for a couple days. Plenty of room in the recently renovated house and the pool was perfect spot for a couple of Northerns to relax. The house was equipped with everything one might need and Griselle was immediately available to answer a couple of simple procedural questions. Driving in you're in the middle of a middle-class, residential neighborhood but it was peaceful and quiet. There is a wonderful walking path/recreational area directly behind the house that made for a nice walk each morning. And while we did not have small children the house is adorably decorated in a Disney theme with a couple special rooms for kids. And perhaps it inspired us to spend a day at the Magic Kingdom, about a 30 minute trip.A great value!"

"The front porch was dirty, chairs were dirty, worn and faded. Artificial plant is broken in a rusted pot with holes.Afraid to use the D.W., installed cockeyed with a one inch gap on the left stuffed with paper towels.There were no in tub and shower mats to keep from slipping, dangerous as both were slippery.Master bath had no mat outside the shower.Master vanity looks beaten up, needs touch or painting and adjustment.Master window frame is rusting away and the closet door is coming apart at the bottom.Bath tub needs bottom reglazed. Looks beaten up.Living room furniture is not the same as VRBO pictures. Inside and outside needs painting.Shortage of glassware. Two wine and one champagne glasses.Right side of house has clutter leaning against it.Fencing needs repair."
