Convenient to Winter Park Hospitals, urgent care facilities, Full Sail, and UCF. There is a two-car driveway, a covered patio in the back, and use of a community pool. Walmart, Publix, Costco, Target, and many restaurants are within a ten-minute drive. Orlando airport is about 20 to 25 minutes south on Semoran Blvd. (SR 436).
