Good for running biking and walking around the Lake. It takes about 12-15 minutes to downtown Orlando about 30 minutes to Disney world, sea world and universal studio. However, it is directly next to an amazing community called Baldwin Lake and that has a running, walking, biking trail, and endless paths around Baldwin Lake! There is a planned community with shops and restaurants that are right off this beautiful lake. The property itself was updated, clean and has everything you will need. However, our commercial cleaning company took over the Baldwin Point building on 8/1/24\. So, I tried to do my best to be near the building and spend some quality time with my wife.
