Welcoming staff, clean lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was really good and attendants working there were very helpful and kind. The area surrounding the building is great, easy access to highway and lots of shopping and places to eat in the area. Now to the room…. The room appeared to be clean, it is roomy and has a nice kitchenette, stocked very nice. Bed was not as comfy as we’d like, and the pillows are very small and almost completely flat, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. And then…. after wiping up lotion on the bathroom floor turned into wiping up a black dirty floor with hair, I was completely grossed out and started checking for cleanliness. I think the housekeeping staff needs some training on how to clean a toilet and mop a floor effectively.
