Great location - walking distance to the train and bus stations, near shopping mall, with convenience stores around, and a few hole in the wall restos within the same block. Hotel has modern design. The only thing I didn't like is that it is dusty in the room. It is also strange that the sink is located right beside the table with the tv and coffee maker, and not in the washroom.

My Mont Blanc pen was stolen at the reception during check-in. Room very clean but the bed occupied literally the whole room hence can’t open luggage fully. Pillows are not comfortable . Separate Toilet & Bathroom with great shower.

Friendly staff. Good location. I always prefer a hotel near/next to a transit hub(hakata station). Conveniently located near everything. Food, convenient stores, shopping center, etc. Will definitely revisit if im back in Fukuoka!

Great location for Fukuoka Airport/Hakata Station. Helpful staff, tasty breakfast, clean room. The toilet and shower room being sperate was good.

Cost cutting hotel
Room cleaning and bed making once every 3 days, claimed on "eco friendly" policy, but changing towels every day.!! Breakfast starts at 7am only, very average, and crowded from the start due to limited opening time. Finding excuses to cut costs instead of playing it open and fair. Will not go again. Positive note: friendly staff.

It's a nice hotel, only a few minutes from Hakata Station. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options to choose from. Only negative point was that the room itself was a bit small but that's fine if you don't plan on spending your day inside. Also, please don't distribute new towels every day. I don't need new ones after using them once.

Love love love my stay at S-Peria Hakata! Prime location, just a few mins walk away from Hakata station (basically just steps away from everything, department store, restaurant, drug stores..etc) yet it's located on a quite alley behind the main street. Super friendly and helpful staff - I realized most of the hotel guests are local Japanese so at first I was worried if the staff can only communicate in Japanese, but there's this nice front desk lady speaks English very well. She tried her best to answer all my questions and accommodate my need - really appreciate it! As for the room, it is super clean and nice - bonus point on a huge bath tub!! They even provided free bath salt at the reception as amenities:) The room is relatively huge for solo traveler like me. With such competitive price, their services and quality definitely exceeds my expectation! For sure will come back again

お部屋は狭いけど使い勝手の良いシンクやコンセントがありベッドのそばにあり、風呂は広めでトイレも別にある上に綺麗だからとても良かった。特にベッドが大きくてふかふかだったのでとても気持ちよく寝れた！福岡に行く際はまた使います^_^

Property is nice and clean, safe for female solo travelers, and located near convenience stores, Hakata station and bus stops. They do have a map provided on their website how to access the hotel but you can also use the underground pathway from Hotel Nikkoh, which leads to Hakata station as well.

Excellent bathtub and super soft, comfortable mattress. Wifi was surprisingly weak and inconsistent in my room. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. I’d stay here again for sure.

Great hotel within walking distance of Hakata Station and Gion. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. There is no laundry facility on the premises.
